Cannabinol soak extraction centrifuge uses special structure for dehydration; During soaking, the solid will move and mix at a low speed in the rotating drum, so that hemp biomass can be fully immersed in the soaking solution, and can be fully reacted and extracted in the rotating drum. Each jacketed centrifuge is equipped with explosion-proof motor. It is mainly applicable to the soak and extraction of hemp Biomass. The soak solution is ethanol, the soak temperature is - 40 ℃ to - 60 ℃, and the machine shell is double-layer, which is mainly used to extract cannabinol; Cannabis soak extraction centrifuge is a closed and intermittently operated filtering equipment with upper discharge.

Put the hemp biomass into the filter bag and put them into the rotary drum, then inject ethanol for soaking. When soaking, rotate forward and reverse at low speed. After extraction, under the action of centrifugal force field, the liquid phase passes through the filter medium and is discharged out of the machine, and the solid phase is trapped in the filter bag, with the water content less than or equal to 5%. After shutdown, open the machine cover and take out the filter bag.

The parts in contact with materials (including the spindle and the bottom of the drum ) aremade of SUS304 or SUS316L,and the surface is sanitary without dead angle.

The liquid inlet and liquid outlet adopt sanitary quick connect interface with inspection barreand valve.All seals are made of Teflon or fluororubberand the main shaft is double water seal oil seal.

The three phase 220V explosion-proof motor (power supply can be 220V single-phase / three-phase), PLC and touch screen with the frenquency converison control cabinet.

The centrifuge is equipped with two inlet/air inlet pipes, one with valve vacuum interface, onedrain port, and coolant inlet and outlet. The cylinder has a cooling spacer. The base isequipped with four lifting rings for easy loading and unloading.

lt is equipped with 5m 10m cable and control lines,which can be used for power connection.

EXTRACTION CYCLE

DOVMXTECH Alcohol Extraction Machine offers 3 Program cycles: 1. Spray wash; 2. Agitation wash; 3. Spin dry cycle.

Operator fills filter bag with milled plant material and places it in the machine.

The Alcohol Extraction Machine is then flooded, and bi-directional agitated for full target compound removal.

After the wash, the plant material undergoes a medium duty spin dry till high speed spin dry to remove the liquid as much as possible.

The alcohol wash is then collected to a tank for further processing.

WORKING STEPS

1. System loading: A pre-loaded closed filter bag is placed into the basket and the system is sealed to begin the cycle.
2. Program Menu: The 'Spray Wash' or Agitation Wash' program is selected on the program manu where the RPM and cycle times are set to the operators specifications.
3. Alcohol Fill: Alcohol is pumped from source tank into the centrifuge via an inlet valve or spray nozzle.
4. The Wash cycle: The plant material undergoes either a spray wash or an agitated wash with a set number of bi-directional agitations.
5. System Draining: When the wash cycle is complete, the outlet valve is manually opened and the liquid drained. The alcohol wash is pumped to a properly rated storage tank for further processing.
6. Spin Dry Cycle: The Spin Dry program is selected on the program and the drying cycle is started. The wet plant solids are spun dry of the remaining alcohol mixture within.
7. System Unloading: when the dry cycle is complete, centrifuge is unloaded by taking the filter bag out from the basket
8. Repeat Process.

9. Material and structure

   1. The structural design is reasonable, Sanitary design, internal Ra ≤ 0.2um, without any dead angle. The structural parts are smooth in transition. The surface is polished. The external structural parts, fasteners and drums are made of stainless steel. The shell is of the flip type, which can thoroughly clean the centrifuge shell and the interlayer space of the drum.

   2. The base and shell are of integral welded structure with high bearing strength.

   3. The base is of flat structure, which reduces the center of gravity of the machine, and has smaller installation space. The flat base can also be used as an operating platform, which is more convenient to operate.

   4. Equipped with liquid damping damper, it can more effectively eliminate vibration and simplify daily maintenance.

   5. Enclosed large lid of the shell, equipped with feeding pipe, washing pipe, observation glass, lighting hole, etc. An online cleaning system (spray system) is configured to clean the invisible parts of the centrifuge such as the inner wall of the centrifuge shell, the inner and outer surfaces of the drum, and the surface of the sump, ensuring the cleanliness requirements and meeting the FDA specifications.

   6. Cover opening mode: Manual spring-assisted mechanical lock, sealed with silicone rubber, can meet the requirements of airtight explosion-proof.

   7. Cooling mode: the centrifuge shell is equipped with interlayer, which can be cooled by cooling-water machine, and is widely used in the field of hemp or plant oil.

   Drive mode: explosion-proof motor frequency conversion drive.

   8. PLC program control, frequency conversion start, stable start, adjustable separation factor;
